Hughes Easels are very well crated to withstand the rigors of shipping.

Some freight companies normally charge an additional $50.00 to carry the cartons to your door. As the crates are large and can exceed several hundred pounds it is well worth it too spend the extra dollars and save your back muscles! Hughes Easels come very securely packed. You will require a good pair of wire cutters to cut the banding, a sharp razor knife to cut the card board, a small screwdriver and perhaps a small pry bar to unpack everything. Be sure to note the condition of the cartons to ensure that they have not been damaged. If something is amiss be sure to have your delivery service make a note of it and contact us immediately.
